Marketing Program - How to Keep Up with Customer Response

Once you have established yourself, through stellar marketing strategies, as a success in the market of your choosing, you will need to come up with a business program that allows you to keep up with your customer response.  The quickest way to lose your customer base is to fail to respond to them.  The best marketing program in the world cannot protect you from that fact.

The best way to create a customer reach out, or a customer promotion program, is to figure out early on the type of customer feedback you will likely be receiving.  This will likely require you to tap into the marketing communications sphere, something you can do by creating customer feedback forms (thereby controlling how customers reach out to you while providing a simple way to reach back to them).  Many people utilize social media tools specifically for keeping in touch with their clients and satisfying their requests.   Whatever approach you decide, keep in mind that a successful marketing program is wasted, if you forget about your clients after you have made the sale.
